Description
Ipamorelin is a five-residue growth-hormone secretagogue that acts selectively on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). Endocrine research values it because it releases growth hormone without the cortisol, prolactin or appetite effects seen with older GHRPs.
Supplied by LiliPeptide in boxes of 10 vials, priced per box. The strength shown is the amount in each vial.
Research notes
How selective ipamorelin is
Pharmacology studies described ipamorelin as the first GHRP whose growth-hormone release was as selective as that of GHRH itself. At doses that released growth hormone, animal and early human studies saw no meaningful rise in ACTH, cortisol or prolactin, which explains its popularity in research.
Working with natural GH pulses
Endocrine research indicates that ghrelin mimetics strengthen the body’s natural growth-hormone pulses instead of causing a constant rise, so feedback through somatostatin and IGF-1 stays in place.
