Are your products for human use?
No. Every product is for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use and not for use in diagnostic procedures. Product descriptions and research summaries are educational. We do not provide medical advice or guidance for human or animal use.
Where can I view your COAs?
Visit our COAs page. It links to reports issued by Freedom Diagnostics Testing on the laboratory’s own verification site, where you can read the sample information and results as the laboratory published them.
Does a report in the archive cover my order?
Each report applies to the tested sample identified in it. Compare the sample and batch information with the documentation for your product. If you cannot confirm a match, contact us with the product name, order number if available, and batch information.
Where can I find purity and other test results?
Read the relevant laboratory report for the results and tests it records. Check the sample and batch details before applying a result to a product. A product’s listed strength, box size or price is not a laboratory test result. Contact us if you need help identifying the relevant documentation.
Do individual-compound reports verify combination vials?
No. A report for an individual compound does not verify a combination vial. Check the combination product’s listing and ask us for documentation that identifies the combination sample. If you need a per-component breakdown that is not listed, contact us before ordering.
How many vials are in a box, and what does the price cover?
Each box contains 10 vials of the selected strength. Sizes are shown per vial, prices are per box, and a product quantity of 1 means one box. Available strengths are shown on the product page.
What information is in the Description tab?
The Description tab contains the product’s listed specifications and educational research summaries. Where shown, cost per milligram is calculated from the listed strength, vials per box and box price. For sample-specific test results, use the relevant COA.
Where can I find storage and handling information?
Open the Storage details tab on the relevant product page. For a question about a particular product or batch, contact us with its name and batch information.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
For a quote, email sales@lilipeptidestore.com with the products, vial strengths and number of boxes you need. Include your delivery destination so we can address shipping questions.
How can I check shipping costs and delivery timing?
Choose a shipping method at checkout: Standard at $56 per order. The cart shows your shipping before you pay.
Every order ships with tracking. Delivery takes about about 2 weeks by Standard. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
For help with an existing shipment, contact us with your order number.
